Located by the Lobby, offering spectacular views over the bay. The breakfast is enjoyed in the international buffet style with fresh-from-the-oven bread, rolls and croissants from our open bakery. A-la-carte is also available. Only Thai dinner is served in the evening. Special theme nights are held here once or twice a week.
The restaurant was given the name after our Chef who has been working with us for more than 20 years since the old Imperial days. She has taught no less than 500 cooks throughout her career.
Chef Chom comes from an old family of cooks serving in the palace of the late Princess Vibhavadi Rangsit, a member of the Royal Family in Bangkok. She was a graduate of the Cordon Bleu in London. One of the highlights of her career was that she was Keith Floyd’s collaborator when Keith was making his BBC Far Flung Floyd: Thailand programme many years back. |
