YOGA CLASS START FEBRUARY 2012

Yoga classes are available every Monday & Thursday in our yoga room from 11.00 – 12.00

Yoga helps relax the body and mind, assists with control of body weight, improves resistance to disease and increases energy levels and productivity.

Khun Sanya’s style of teaching includes:- Asthanga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Iyenga, Hatha, Flow (Beginners)
 
The class is available for beginners and the more experienced for a maximum of 12 participants.
